All quotes are estimates and subject to final artwork approval, product availability, and supplier pricing. Orders are confirmed only when we issue a written sales order or invoice.
Payment terms are stated on each quote and invoice. Custom-printed merchandise is non-refundable once production has begun.
You represent that you own or have the right to use any logos, trademarks, and artwork submitted for printing. You grant us a limited license to use that artwork solely to produce your order.
By providing your mobile phone number and checking the SMS consent box on our contact form (or by replying YES to a confirmation message), you expressly consent to receive recurring transactional and promotional text messages from Polar Bear Promo regarding quotes, order updates, account notifications, and occasional promotional offers.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time. Reply HELP for help, or contact sales@polarbearpromo.com.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Polar Bear Promo's liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific order at issue. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Polar Bear Promo is headquartered, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
